The invention discloses a low-power-consumption marine instrument putting and recycling device and method. The low-power-consumption marine instrument putting and recycling device comprises an MCU control module, a battery, a GPS module, a land and water communication module, an oil bag type buoyancy adjusting mechanism and a posture detection mechanism. The battery is electrically connected with the MCU control module. The GPS module is electrically connected with the MCU control module and the battery. The land and water communication module is electrically connected with the MCU control module, the land and water communication module is used for communicating with a land and water communication device of the workboat, and the land and water communication module is started at fixed time. And the oil bag type buoyancy adjusting mechanism is fixed on the marine instrument, and the oil bag type buoyancy adjusting mechanism is electrically connected with the control mechanism. And the attitude detection mechanism is fixed on the marine instrument and is electrically connected with the MCU control module. Therefore, the low-power-consumption marine instrument putting and recycling device is low in power consumption, efficient, reliable, low in cost, environmentally friendly, simple and convenient in equipment and capable of being easily applied to various marine instruments.

    本发明公开了一种低功耗海洋仪器的投放回收装置及其方法,其中低功耗海洋仪器的投放回收装置包括:MCU控制模块、电池、GPS模块、水陆通讯模块、油囊式浮力调节机构以及姿态检测机构。电池与MCU控制模块电性连接。GPS模块分别与MCU控制模块和电池电性连接。水陆通讯模块与MCU控制模块电性连接,水陆通讯模块用以与作业船的水陆通讯装置进行通信,且水陆通讯模块为定时开启。油囊式浮力调节机构,固定于海洋仪器上,且油囊式浮力调节机构与控制机构电性连接。姿态检测机构固定于海洋仪器上,姿态检测机构与MCU控制模块电性连接。借此,本发明的低功耗海洋仪器的投放回收装置,低功耗、高效可靠、低成本、环境友好、装备简便可轻松用于多种海洋仪器上。
