The invention discloses a driving state judgment method and an automatic driving system. The driving state determination method according to the present disclosure includes: detecting a lane-confluence-free location on a travel path of a vehicle based on automatic driving; a determination processing that accepts the detection of the non-lane-confluence point, and determines whether or not the possibility of imparting unease to the driver when the vehicle passes through the non-lane-confluence point by automatic driving is high on the basis of the passing speed when the vehicle passes through the confluence section or the length of the confluence section; and continuing automatic driving when it is determined that the likelihood of imparting unease is high, and switching to manual driving when it is determined that the likelihood of imparting unease is high.

    一种驾驶状态判断方法、自动驾驶系统。本公开所涉及的驾驶状态判断方法包括:检测基于自动驾驶的车辆的行驶路径上的无车道合流地点;受理检测到无车道合流地点这一情况,执行基于车辆通过合流部时的通过速度或者合流区间的长度来判定在利用自动驾驶通过无车道合流地点时给予驾驶员不安的可能性是否高的判定处理;以及在没有判定为给予不安的可能性高时继续进行自动驾驶,在判定为给予不安的可能性高时实施向手动驾驶的切换。
