And the direction analysis device is used for sending a right-turn control signal when the received first depth-of-field data is smaller than or equal to the received second depth-of-field data, and otherwise, sending a left-turn control signal. The driving management platform applying lane identification is reliable in logic, safe and effective. According to the invention, timely steering operation before the vehicle collides with the closer human body target can be realized based on the human body target in front of the vehicle and the distribution state of the vehicle target on each lane, so that the vehicle is prevented from colliding with the surrounding human body or the vehicle body.
