The method comprises the steps that when it is detected that the initial charge state of a battery unit is in a non-credible state, a charging unit is controlled to charge the battery unit at a target dynamic voltage, and the target dynamic voltage is a charging voltage which changes between a first charging threshold voltage and a second charging threshold voltage of the battery unit at a preset voltage change rate; detecting a detection current when the battery unit is charged through the target dynamic voltage; if the detected current is the target current, obtaining a target voltage corresponding to the target current and a corrected charge state corresponding to the target voltage; and according to the corrected state of charge, correcting the initial state of charge to obtain a target state of charge. According to the method provided by the invention, the accuracy of detecting the state of charge is improved.
