The invention discloses a pantograph lossless deicing device, which relates to the technical field of railway vehicles, and comprises a pantograph arm body bracket arranged at the top end of a vehicle body of a railway vehicle in a lifting motion manner, and a deicing mechanism arranged at the top end of the pantograph arm body bracket, the deicing mechanism comprises a mounting base connected with the pantograph arm body support, a rotating assembly rotatably arranged on the mounting base, and a plurality of lossless ice blades arranged on the rotating assembly so as to knock the bottom of the power supply cable in the rotating process. Thus, the ice knife is used for knocking the bottom of the power supply cable under the driving of the rotating assembly, deicing of the contact network can be conveniently and efficiently achieved, meanwhile, the ice knife is of a lossless structure, instant collision is formed between the ice knife and the power supply cable, the skin of the power supply cable cannot be scraped basically, damage to the contact network can be prevented, and the service life of the contact network is prolonged. And good contact between pantographs and catenaries is ensured. The invention further discloses the railway vehicle which has the beneficial effects mentioned above.

    本发明公开一种受电弓无损除冰装置,涉及轨道车辆技术领域,包括可升降运动地设置于轨道车辆的车体顶端的受电弓臂体支架,还包括设置于受电弓臂体支架顶端的除冰机构,除冰机构包括与受电弓臂体支架相连的安装座、可旋转地设置于安装座上的旋转组件、设置于旋转组件上的若干根无损冰刀,以在旋转过程中敲击供电线缆的底部。如此,利用冰刀在旋转组件的驱动下对供电线缆的底部进行敲击,能够方便、高效地实现接触网除冰,同时,冰刀采用无损结构,与供电线缆之间形成瞬时碰撞,基本不会对供电线缆的外皮产生刮擦效果,能够防止对接触网造成损伤,保证弓网间的良好接触。本发明还公开一种轨道车辆,其有益效果如上所述。
