The invention discloses a tire pattern groove depth wear monitoring method and device. Comprising a scanning imaging module, a central control module and a feedback module, and further comprises the following steps: determining a given pattern depth tolerance value and a set tire wear alarm pattern depth value; the scanning imaging module scans the actual pattern groove depth of the tire and transmits the actual pattern groove depth to the central control module; the actual pattern groove depth value is compared with a given pattern depth tolerance value and a set tire wear alarm pattern depth value, and the feedback module feeds back information to the central control module according to a comparison result; according to the system and the method, tire state detection and tire life early warning are realized, a vehicle owner is reminded of when to replace a tire, and potential safety hazards caused by untimely tire replacement are avoided.

    本申请公开了一种轮胎花纹沟深磨损监测方法及装置。包括扫描成像模块、中央控制模块、反馈模块,该方法还包括:确定给定的花纹深度公差值和设定的轮胎磨损报警花纹深度值;扫描成像模块扫描轮胎的实际花纹沟深深度并传输给中央控制模块;根据实际花纹沟深深度值与给定的花纹深度公差值和设定的轮胎磨损报警花纹深度值进行比较,反馈模块根据比较的结果信息反馈到中央控制模块;中央控制模块根据反馈的信息控制对应灯亮,本申请实现了轮胎状态的检测,轮胎寿命预警,提醒车主何时更换轮胎,避免了因为轮胎更换不及时,产生的安全隐患。
