The invention relates to the technical field of mechanical equipment, and particularly discloses a push rod brake structure trundle which comprises a brake mechanism and a wheel, and the brake mechanism comprises a top cover, a brake pull rod, a mounting disc, a wheel carrier, a steering brake pad and an elastic assembly; the mounting disc is arranged at the bottom of the top cover, a first channel is formed between the top cover and the mounting disc, the brake pull rod is movably arranged in the first channel, the wheel carrier is rotationally connected with the mounting disc through a bead disc, one end of the elastic assembly is arranged in the first channel and movably connected with the brake pull rod, and the other end of the elastic assembly is connected with the brake pull rod. A second channel is formed in the wheel frame, the wheel and the steering brake pad are both rotationally arranged in the second channel, and the other end of the elastic assembly extends into the second channel and is in linkage with the steering brake pad. According to the invention, the braking function of more than two casters can be simultaneously realized under the condition that force is only applied once, so that the braking efficiency and the braking releasing efficiency are improved.

    本发明涉及机械设备技术领域,具体公开了一种推杆刹车结构脚轮,包括刹车机构和轮子,所述刹车机构包括顶盖罩、刹车拉杆、安装盘、轮架、转向刹车片以及弹性组件;所述安装盘设于所述顶盖罩的底部,所述顶盖罩与安装盘之间形成第一通道,所述刹车拉杆活动设于第一通道内,所述轮架与所述安装盘通过珠盘转动连接,所述弹性组件的一端置于第一通道内,且与所述刹车拉杆活动连接,所述轮架上开设有第二通道,所述轮子和转向刹车片均转动设于第二通道内,所述弹性组件的另一端延伸至第二通道内并与所述转向刹车片实现联动。本发明能在只施加一次力的情况下同时实现两个以上脚轮的制动功能,以提高制动、解除制动的效率。
