A first friction surface is arranged at the side, close to the brake plate, of the wheel body and surrounds the central axis of the wheel body, a second friction surface is arranged on the side, close to the trundle, of the brake plate, and the brake switch is used for controlling the brake plate to move along the middle shaft rivet to enable the second friction surface and the first friction surface to be pressed or separated.
