The invention relates to a rapid forming method of a heat prevention and insulation integrated composite material adapting to a complex curved surface, and belongs to the technical field of preparation of thermal protection structures of aircrafts. The invention relates to a novel near-zero-ablation heat-proof and heat-insulating material capable of adapting to a curved surface with a wide structure and a complex structure, which is a material with a function and a structure integrally formed in a thickness direction and consists of a surface heat-proof material and an inner heat-insulating material. Wherein the surface layer is made of a near-zero-ablation heat-proof material, and the inner layer is made of a nano-porous heat-insulating material with low density and low heat conductivity; and an integrated composite material integral structure is formed by penetrating, coupling and curing the two.

    本发明涉及一种适应复杂曲面的防隔热一体化复合材料快速成型方法,属飞行器热防护结构制备技术领域。本发明是是一种新型的可适应广泛结构复杂曲面的近零烧蚀防隔热材料,它是一种功能与结构在厚度方向整体成型的材料,由表层防热材料和内层隔热材料组成。其中,表层是由近零烧蚀的防热材料构成,内层是由低密度、低热导率的纳米多孔隔热材料构成;两者之间通过渗透耦合固化形成一体化复合材料整体结构。
