According to the embodiment of the invention, the radar is arranged in the part, parallel to the base and higher than the base, of the supporting arm, and compared with the prior art, the radar setting height is increased, so that the radar detection range is widened. In addition, a visual obstacle avoidance assembly is arranged on the radar shell, and obstacles are timely and accurately detected through cooperation of radio signal detection and video detection, so that rapid and effective obstacle avoidance is realized.
