The rubber is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 20 to 80 parts of natural rubber, 10 to 35 parts of butadiene-styrene rubber, 15 to 45 parts of solution polymerized butadiene-styrene rubber, 1.0 to 4.0 parts of zinc oxide, 1 to 4 parts of stearic acid, 1 to 5 parts of polyethylene glycol, 1.0 to 3.2 parts of dispersing agent, 1.5 to 6.0 parts of anti-aging agent, 1.5 to 3.5 parts of protective wax, 3 to 9 parts of tackifying resin, 1 to 8 parts of heat stabilizer, 45 to 110 parts of carbon black, 3 to 6 parts of silane coupling agent, 2 to 6 parts of sulfur, 2 to 13 parts of accelerant and 0.1 to 1 part of scorch retarder. The formula rigidity, tensile strength and tearing strength can be effectively improved, the permanent deformation is small, the flex and rebound resilience are good, the bonding force of all parts can be improved, the bonding strength between the parts and the surfaces of contact parts is enhanced, the heat generation is low, the heat aging resistance is good, the cohesive force is larger than destructive force generated by the outside or during high-speed movement, seam allowance vacancy can be greatly reduced, and the service life of the seam allowance is prolonged. A series of quality problems of early damage such as seam allowance cracking and seam allowance explosion are reduced, and huge threats to vehicle driving safety are reduced.
