The present invention relates to a method for producing a conjugated diene polymer obtained by a polymerization reaction between an initiator and a conjugated diene monomer or between a conjugated diene monomer and a vinyl aromatic hydrocarbon monomer, in which the initiator is obtained by a reaction between a divinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-like compound represented by formula (1) and an organic alkali metal; a and B are CnH2n + 1 or aromatic rings, n is 0-5, A and B can be the same or different, and Q is an aromatic ring; wherein the molar ratio of the divinyl aromatic hydrocarbon-like compound to the organic alkali metal with effective activity is 1.3-5.0. The present invention further relates to a rubber comprising the conjugated diene-based polymer, and a tire comprising the rubber.
