The invention discloses an electric drive winch safe lowering control method and system and a rotary drilling rig. The method comprises the steps that the target speed of a winch set by a handle is collected, the actual speed of the winch collected by a speed sensor is obtained, and whether the actual speed exceeds the target speed or not is judged; when the winch is lowered, the winch motor is reversely dragged to generate electricity under the action of the negative load and stores the electricity to the energy storage device, and the torque generated by electricity generation of the winch motor is adopted to balance the negative load, so that the actual speed of the winch does not exceed the target speed; and when the energy storage device works abnormally or the electricity storage quantity is full, a load is actively applied to a main pump motor of the rotary drilling rig to consume electric energy generated by a winch motor, so that the winch motor regenerates torque required for balancing the negative load. By means of the method, when the energy storage device of the rotary drilling rig works abnormally or the electricity storage amount is full, the winch lowering process is safe and stable.

    本发明公开了一种电驱卷扬安全下放控制方法、系统及旋挖钻机,该方法包括:采集手柄设定卷扬的目标速度,获取速度传感器采集卷扬的实际速度,并判断实际速度是否超过目标速度;卷扬下放时,卷扬电机在负值负载作用下反拖发电并存储至储能装置,采用卷扬电机发电所产生的扭矩来平衡负值负载,使卷扬的实际速度不超过目标速度;当储能装置工作出现异常或储电量已满时,此时采用给旋挖钻机本身自带的主泵电机主动施加负载,用以消耗卷扬电机所发的电能,使卷扬电机重新产生平衡负值负载所需的扭矩。通过本发明的方法可以使旋挖钻机在储能装置工作出现异常或储电量已满时,卷扬下放过程安全稳定。
