The invention provides an inter-stage separation explosive bolt buffer box combined structure and a spacecraft in the technical field of buffer structures, and the inter-stage separation explosive bolt buffer box combined structure comprises a bottom plate and a buffer box, and the buffer box is located on one side of the bottom plate. Lugs are welded to the inner wall of the buffer box, stress grooves are formed in the roots of the lugs, and taper is formed between the side face of the nut and the inner wall of the buffer box. A buffer honeycomb is arranged in the buffer box, an upper cover plate is arranged on the buffer honeycomb, and a circular notch is formed in the center of the upper cover plate. The bottom plate and the buffer box are of an integrated structure in an integral casting mode, and installation of other large equipment in the cabin is facilitated. The lugs are welded on the inner wall of the buffer box to support the installation of the nut, and the stress grooves at the roots of the lugs are broken to additionally buffer the impact, so that the overall buffer performance is improved. The screw unlocked after impact of the explosive bolt is clamped through the circular notch, the screw is prevented from popping out of the buffer box mounting hole, and the risk that the screw protrudes out of a cabin is prevented.

    本发明提供了缓冲结构技术领域一种级间分离爆炸螺栓缓冲盒组合结构及航天器,包括底板和缓冲盒,缓冲盒位于底板一侧。缓冲盒内壁上焊接有耳片,耳片根部上设置有应力槽,螺母侧面与缓冲盒内壁之间设置有锥度。缓冲盒内设置有缓冲蜂窝,缓冲蜂窝上设置有上盖板,上盖板中心开孔设置有圆形缺口。本发明通过底板与缓冲盒采用整体铸造的方式一体化结构设置,方便舱内其他大型设备的安装。通过采用耳片焊接在缓冲盒内壁上为螺母的安装提供支撑,利用耳片根部应力槽断裂对冲击进行额外的缓冲,提高了整体缓冲性能。通过圆形缺口卡住爆炸螺栓冲击解锁后的螺杆,避免螺杆从缓冲盒安装孔中弹出,防止发生凸出舱体的风险。
