The invention relates to the field of steering gears, in particular to a gap adjusting mechanism and a steering gear adopting the gap adjusting mechanism, the gap adjusting mechanism comprises a pressing block, the pressing block is connected with an adjusting mechanism, the adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting screw plug, and a spring assembly is arranged between the adjusting screw plug and the pressing block; a rubber ring is arranged on the pressing block; according to the gap adjusting mechanism disclosed by the invention, a rubber ring in the gap adjusting mechanism disclosed by the invention is of an integral corrugated pipe structure, and through the arrangement of the rubber ring, the contact surface between a pressing block and a steering gear shell is ensured; furthermore, the magnitude of interference between the pressing block and the shell is ensured, and abnormal sound generated by vertical swinging of the pressing block and collision of the shell can be effectively improved; besides, through the arrangement of the spring assembly, different pre-pressure can be provided by changing the hardness and the thickness of the rubber block and changing the thickness and the structure of the supporting spring in actual use.

    本发明涉及转向器领域,具体来说是一种间隙调整机构及采用该间隙调整机构的转向器,包括压块,所述压块连接有调整机构,所述调整机构包括调整螺塞,所述调整螺塞与压块之间设有弹簧合件;所述压块上设有橡胶环;本发明公开了一种间隙调整机构,本发明公开的间隙调整机构中的橡胶环为一个整体状的波纹管结构,本发明通过橡胶环的设置,保证了压块与转向器壳体之间的接触面;进而保证了压块与壳体之间的过盈量,可以有效改善压块上下摆动和壳体碰撞产生的异响;另外,本发明通过弹簧合件的设置,在实际使用时,可以通过改变橡胶块的硬度和厚度以及改变支撑弹簧的厚度和结构来提供不同的预压力。
