The invention belongs to the technical field of automobiles, and discloses a steering gear rack gap adjusting mechanism which comprises a pressing block, a spiral spring and an adjusting screw plug, the pressing block is arranged in a steering gear shell in a sliding mode, one end of the pressing block abuts against a rack, and a first rubber ring and a second rubber ring are embedded in the side wall of the pressing block; the first rubber ring and the second rubber ring are in interference fit with the inner wall of the steering gear shell, a buffering cushion is embedded in the end, away from the rack, of the pressing block, one end of the spiral spring abuts against the pressing block, the adjusting screw plug is adjustably arranged in the steering gear shell, and one end of the adjusting screw plug abuts against the end, away from the pressing block, of the spiral spring. The end, abutting against the spiral spring, of the adjusting screw plug abuts against the buffering cushion. The gear and rack gap adjusting mechanism for the steering gear can relieve collision noise between the pressing block and a steering gear shell caused by radial swing of the pressing block, and can effectively buffer collision of the pressing block to the adjusting screw plug.

    本发明属于汽车技术领域,公开了一种转向器齿轮齿条间隙调整机构,包括压块、螺旋弹簧以及调整螺塞,压块滑动设置在转向器壳体内,压块的一端与齿条抵接,压块的侧壁嵌设有第一胶圈以及第二胶圈,第一胶圈以及第二胶圈与转向器壳体的内壁过盈配合,压块背离齿条的一端嵌设有缓冲垫,螺旋弹簧的一端与压块抵接,调整螺塞位置可调地设置在转向器壳体内,调整螺塞的一端与螺旋弹簧背离压块的一端抵接,且调整螺塞与螺旋弹簧抵接的一端与缓冲垫抵接。该转向器齿轮齿条间隙调整机构,能够缓解压块径向摆动产生的同转向器壳体之间的碰撞噪音,而且能够有效缓冲压块对调整螺塞的撞击。
