The invention discloses an electric vehicle torque overrun control method which comprises the following steps: a VCU calculates motor efficiency and charging and discharging power limit values to obtain discharging power allowed by a discharging mode motor and generating power allowed by a generating mode motor, and sends the discharging power and the generating power to a DCU; according to the allowable discharge power and generation power of the motor calculated by the VCU, the allowable mechanical discharge power and mechanical generation power of the output end of the motor are calculated through the motor efficiency k, and the allowable maximum driving torque and maximum recovery torque of the motor are calculated as torque limit values; the VCU sends the torque limit value to the DCU and detects whether the motor power at the current motor rotating speed exceeds the limit value sent by the VCU or not, and once the motor power exceeds the limit value sent by the VCU, the VCU controls the driving motor power to keep the driving motor power to be lower than the limit value sent by the VCU; the limit value of the motor power is used for limiting the available electric power of the motor. Over-limit in the operation process of the motor is avoided, slipping of a low-adhesion road surface is restrained, and meanwhile the problem of over-charging and over-discharging of a battery can be avoided.
本发明公开了一种电动汽车扭矩超限控制方法,包括以下步骤:VCU对电机效率及充放电功率限值做出计算,得到放电模式电机允许的放电功率和发电模式电机允许的发电功率,并向DCU发送;根据VCU计算的电机允许的放电功率和发电功率,通过电机效率k,计算出允许电机输出端的机械放电功率和机械发电功率,计算出电机允许的最大驱动扭矩和最大回收扭矩,作为扭矩限制值;VCU将扭矩限制值发送至DCU,并检测当前电机转速下的电机功率是否超出VCU发送的限制值,一旦超出,VCU控制驱动电机功率,使其保持至低于VCU发送的限制值;电机功率的限制值用于限制电机的可用电功率。避免电机运转过程中超限,抑制低附路面的打滑,同时也能避免的电池的过充过放问题。
