The invention discloses a single-pedal torque control method for an electric automobile, which comprises the following steps: in a single-pedal driving mode, when a driver requests for driving, positive torque is provided for driving force by a motor, negative torque is provided for the driving force when the driver requests for braking, and when the driver releases an accelerator pedal to a specific opening degree and requests for braking, negative torque is provided for the driving force; the whole vehicle controller controls output negative torque to decelerate the vehicle according to the current vehicle state, the output negative torque is preferentially provided by motor energy recovery, if the negative torque output by motor energy recovery exits or cannot meet the whole vehicle braking demand torque, the I PB braking controller conducts hydraulic braking compensation, and if the negative torque output by motor energy recovery exits or cannot meet the whole vehicle braking demand torque, the II PB braking controller conducts hydraulic braking compensation; and the sum of the negative torque output by motor energy recovery and the I PB hydraulic braking torque is close to or equal to the target torque required by whole vehicle braking. In the single pedal control process, motor braking and hydraulic braking are matched with each other, the other component compensates for degradation of any component, and the robustness of the system is improved.
本发明揭示了一种电动汽车单踏板扭矩控制方法,单踏板驾驶模式:驶员请求驱动时,驱动力由电机提供正扭矩,驾驶员请求制动时提供负扭矩,当驾驶员松开加速踏板到特定开度请求制动时,整车控制器根据当前车辆状态控制输出负扭矩使车辆减速,所述输出负扭矩优先由电机能量回收提供,若电机能量回收输出的负扭矩退出或无法满足整车制动需求扭矩,则I PB制动控制器进行液压制动补偿,使电机能量回收输出的负扭矩和I PB液压制动扭矩总和接近或等于整车制动需求的目标扭矩。本发明单踏板控制过程中,将电机制动与液压制动相互配合,任何一个部件降级都有另外一个部件补偿,提高了系统鲁棒性。
