The invention provides a method and system for controlling vehicle starting based on clutch torque, and relates to the technical field of vehicle starting control, and the method comprises the steps that S1, an electronic control unit obtains the initial starting torque of a clutch through processing according to the corresponding relation of the engine rotating speed, the preset ramp compensation amount and the preset engine rotating speed torque; s2, the electronic control unit corrects the initial starting torque according to a vehicle weight compensation coefficient obtained by matching the vehicle weight data in a corresponding relation list of preset standard vehicle weight data and vehicle weight compensation coefficients to obtain a corrected starting torque; s3, the electronic control unit limits the corrected starting torque in real time according to a preset torque change rate threshold value to obtain limited starting torque; and S4, the electronic control unit corrects the limited starting torque according to the stalling torque of the clutch and the aging compensation amount to obtain a target starting torque, and the clutch is controlled to control the vehicle to start according to the target starting torque. The beneficial effect is that the starting comfort is improved.

    本发明提供一种基于离合器扭矩控制车辆起步的方法及系统,涉及车辆起步控制技术领域,包括:步骤S1,电子控制单元根据发动机转速、预设的坡道补偿量和预设的发动机转速扭矩对应关系处理得到离合器的初始起步扭矩;步骤S2,电子控制单元根据车重数据在预设的标准车重数据与车重补偿系数的对应关系列表中匹配得到的车重补偿系数对初始起步扭矩进行修正得到修正后起步扭矩;步骤S3,电子控制单元根据预设的扭矩变化率阈值对修正后起步扭矩进行实时限制得到限制后起步扭矩;步骤S4,电子控制单元根据离合器停转扭矩和老化补偿量对限制后起步扭矩进行修正,得到目标起步扭矩,并控制离合器根据目标起步扭矩控制车辆起步。有益效果是提升起步舒适性。
