The invention provides a torque control method for an engine starting clutch of a hybrid vehicle, and belongs to the technical field of vehicles. The problems that in the prior art, starting delay andstarting failure are easily caused are solved. The hybrid vehicle engine starting clutch torque control method comprises the steps that an in-situ engine starting mode is started; acquiring a feedforward clutch torque; meanwhile, a basic clutch torque is calibrated in advance, and compensation is conducted according to the P-item compensation torque and the I-item compensation torque to obtain alock-up clutch torque; controlling the clutch according to the lockup clutch torque when a lockup clutch torque output permission condition is satisfied; and when the feedforward clutch torque allowsoutput, the motor is controlled according to the feedforward clutch torque. Meanwhile, the locking clutch torque and the feedforward clutch torque are added to obtain the final clutch torque when themotor starts the engine, and then the clutch is controlled according to the final clutch torque. The engine can be started quickly and successfully.

    本发明提供了一种混合动力车型发动机启动离合器扭矩控制方法,属于汽车技术领域。它解决了现有的技术容易导致启动延迟、启动失败的问题。本混合动力车型发动机启动离合器扭矩控制方法包括:进入原地发动机启动模式;获取前馈离合器扭矩;同时,预先标定一个基础离合器扭矩,并以P项补偿扭矩和I项补偿扭矩进行补偿获得锁止离合器扭矩;在满足允许锁止离合器扭矩输出条件时,根据锁止离合器扭矩来控制离合器;在满足前馈离合器扭矩允许输出时,根据前馈离合器扭矩控制电机,同时将锁止离合器扭矩与前馈离合器扭矩进行相加运算获得电机启动发动机时的最终离合器扭矩,进而以最终离合器扭矩控制离合器。本发明能够快速成功地启动发动机。
