The invention discloses an intersection right-turn vehicle collision early warning method based on an intelligent light-emitting marking line, and particularly relates to the field of vehicle-road cooperation intersection risk early warning, and the method comprises the steps: delimiting a detection region and a collision region of an intersection through the data of a roadside device, a vehicle-mounted device and an Internet of Vehicles database center; rapidly estimating the estimated duration of collision between the straight vehicle and the right-turn vehicle through the trained neural network so as to obtain the collision possibility; according to the kinetic energy of the two vehicles, the number of passengers, the number of surrounding pedestrians and the number of non-motor vehicles, calculating an impact consequence severity degree value after the estimated collision; calculating an estimated collision risk according to the collision possibility and the estimated collision consequence severity; and finally, the collision risk value is mapped into the flicker frequency of the intelligent luminescent lamp, and signal flicker early warning is carried out on the straight driving vehicle and the right-turn vehicle at the same time. According to the invention, the collision accident rate of straight vehicles and right-turn vehicles at the intersection can be reduced, and the traffic safety at the intersection is improved.
