A road traffic monitoring system based on 4D millimeter-wave radars and a video sensor array comprises a plurality of radar camera sensor units which are used for sensing the position, speed, height, light, license plates and road environment of vehicles on a road and adopt a multi-sensor array layout, the 4D millimeter-wave radars and video sensors are installed on the two sides of the road, and the radar camera sensor units are used for sensing the position, the speed, the height, the light and the license plates of the vehicles on the road. Full coverage of a road monitoring area is achieved, and meanwhile long-range trajectory tracking of a vehicle is achieved through fusion between radars; the cloud processing system unit is used for processing and analyzing the road vehicle driving state and the road driving environment according to the 4D millimeter wave radar data and the video data acquired by all the radar camera sensor units in the monitoring area, extracting abnormal information and implementing early warning; and the alarm and early warning unit is used for receiving the information of the cloud processing system unit and providing early warning for passing vehicles. According to the invention, whole-section monitoring of road traffic can be realized, more complete target vehicle information and environmental perception are provided, and early warning is provided.

    一种4D毫米波雷达与视频传感器阵列的道路交通监测系统,包括:若干雷达摄像头传感器单元,用于道路上的车辆位置、速度、高度、灯光和车牌以及道路环境感知,其采用多传感器阵列布局,将4D毫米波雷达与视频传感器安装在道路两侧,实现道路监测区域的全覆盖,同时通过雷达间融合实现车辆的长程轨迹跟踪;云端处理系统单元,依据监测区域的所有雷达摄像头传感器单元采集的4D毫米波雷达数据和视频数据,处理和分析道路车辆行驶状态和道路驾驶环境,提取异常信息,实施预警;警报与预警单元,接收云端处理系统单元的信息,给来往车辆提供预警。本发明能实现道路交通的全段监测,提供更完整的目标车辆信息以及环境感知,并提供预警。
