The invention relates to a turning and transporting device of an internal climbing type tower crane and a using method thereof.The turning and transporting device comprises two sets of support cross beams, a bottom support, an arch truss and hoisting equipment, and the two sets of support cross beams are arranged on hydraulic climbing formwork platforms on the two sides respectively; the two groups of support cross beams are respectively provided with the bottom supports; the arched truss is arranged on the bottom supports on the two sides in a spanning mode. And the hoisting equipment is mounted on the arched truss. The arch truss is integrated on the hydraulic creeping formwork platforms, just like an arch bridge is erected between the hydraulic creeping formwork platforms on the two sides, an operator can control hoisting equipment on the arch truss, conditions are provided for the overturning process, the defect that the construction period of another tower crane is occupied is overcome, hoisting loads can be transmitted to a shear wall, and the hoisting efficiency is improved. And the stability of the hydraulic creeping formwork is improved.

    本发明涉及一种内爬式塔吊的翻运装置及其使用方法,该翻运装置包括支座横梁、底部支座、拱形桁架以及吊装设备,所述支座横梁为两组,分设于两侧的液压爬模平台上;两组所述支座横梁上分别安装有所述底部支座;所述拱形桁架跨设于两侧的所述底部支座上;所述吊装设备安装于所述拱形桁架上。本发明将拱形桁架置集成在液压爬模平台上,如同在两侧液压爬模平台的中间架起一座拱桥,操作人员可以在拱形桁架上控制吊装设备,为翻运过程提供了条件,不仅省去了占用另一台塔吊工期的弊端,还能将吊运荷载传递到剪力墙上,改善了液压爬模的稳定性。
