When the grabbing lifting appliance is used, one bag, two bags, three bags, four bags and five bags can be independently lifted, the grabbing lifting appliance can better adapt to complex and changeable field conditions, and the working efficiency is improved; by means of the structure that a grabbing hook in the grabbing unit is hinged to a main swing arm or an auxiliary swing arm, in the falling process of the grabbing lifting appliance, the end of the grabbing hook moves inwards along the upper plane of a paper pulp bag under the action of the gravity of the grabbing hook and a spring, a paper pulp bag belt with the diameter being 8 mm can be grabbed, and under the limiting action of a limiting block, the grabbing hook cannot rotate reversely, so that the grabbing lifting appliance can grab the paper pulp bag belt. Therefore, the lifting appliance can move upwards to lift the paper pulp bag. The lifting device is suitable for paper pulp bag lifting operation.
