The invention relates to an active control vibration absorption system for inhibiting rhombic mode shaking of a railway vehicle, which comprises a signal acquisition and processing system, a control system and an actuating system, and the signal acquisition and processing system comprises a three-way acceleration sensor and a signal processor which are arranged on equipment under the vehicle and a vehicle body; the signal processor processes the acceleration information to obtain an index result and phase information between the vehicle body and the equipment under the vehicle; the control system monitors index results and calculates required damping force according to acceleration and phase information; the actuating system comprises an actuator, an actuator hinge seat, a damper, a damper hinge seat, a linkage cross rod and a telescopic linkage long rod, and the actuator changes the output force of the damper according to the damping force calculated by the controller so as to restrain rhombic mode shaking of the railway vehicle. Compared with the prior art, the side rolling frequency and phase of existing under-vehicle equipment can be changed, the rhombic modal abnormal buffeting of a vehicle body is reduced, and the vehicle running stability and riding comfort can be improved without adding vibration absorption mass.

    本发明涉及一种抑制轨道车辆菱形模态抖车的主动控制吸振系统,包括信号采集与处理系统、控制系统和作动系统,信号采集与处理系统包括安装在车下设备和车体上三向加速度传感器和信号处理器,信号处理器处理加速度信息得到指标结果以及车体与车下设备之间的相位信息;控制系统监测指标结果,根据加速度及相位信息计算所需阻尼力;作动系统包括作动器、作动器铰接座、阻尼器、阻尼器铰接座、联动横杆、可伸缩联动长杆,作动器根据控制器计算的阻尼力改变阻尼器输出力,以抑制轨道车辆菱形模态抖车。与现有技术相比,本发明可以改变现有车下设备的侧滚频率与相位降低车体菱形模态异常抖振,无需附加吸振质量即可提高车辆运行平稳性及乘坐舒适性。
