The invention discloses a cold start method and device based on a vehicle-mounted fuel cell system, and the method comprises the steps: firstly, when the fuel cell system is started, a thermostat adjusts the opening degree of an intercooler side to be 0, and an air compressor is started to enable air to completely pass through a PCM side; then, when the temperature of an air outlet of the PCM is not smaller than the temperature of the rear end of the air compressor and smaller than the maximum temperature capable of being borne by the electric pile, the thermostat controls the opening degree of the intercooler side to be 0, and then when the temperature of the air outlet of the PCM is smaller than the temperature of the rear end of the air compressor and smaller than the maximum temperature capable of being borne by the electric pile, the thermostat controls the opening degree of the PCM side to be 0; when the temperature of the air outlet of the PCM is not lower than the maximum temperature which can be borne by the electric pile, the thermostat adjusts the opening degree of the two sides so that the temperature of the air entering the electric pile can be controlled within the maximum temperature which can be borne by the electric pile, and therefore low-temperature cold start of the fuel cell system can be rapidly achieved, and the requirement for the driving performance of the whole vehicle is met.

    本申请公开了一种基于车载燃料电池系统的冷启动方法及装置,该方法包括:首先当燃料电池系统开机时,节温器将中冷器侧的开度调节为0,并启动空压机使空气完全从PCM侧通过;然后,当PCM的空气出口温度不小于空压机的后端温度,且小于电堆能够承受的最大温度时,节温器控制中冷器侧的开度为0,接着,当PCM的空气出口温度小于空压机的后端温度,且小于电堆能够承受的最大温度时,节温器控制PCM侧的开度为0;当PCM的空气出口温度不小于电堆能够承受的最大温度时,节温器调节两侧的开度,以使得进入电堆的空气温度控制在电堆能够承受的最大温度之内,从而能够利用快速实现燃料电池系统低温冷启动,满足整车行驶性能的需要。
