In the neutral section passing process, the motor side isolation contactors of all the permanent magnet synchronous motors can be closed, all the permanent magnet synchronous motors are operated according to the neutral section passing control method, and the situation that the motors are powered off at a high speed is avoided. By applying the direct-axis demagnetizing current, the voltage of the motor end can be reduced, so that the harm caused by overhigh counter electromotive force and the electric braking force generated by a neutral section passing fault and a main fault are avoided, and the effect of suppressing the neutral section passing impulse of the permanent magnet direct-drive electric locomotive is achieved.
