A permanent magnet direct drive variable frequency electric locomotive comprises a frame, a wheel set device, a basic brake device and an air brake system, the wheel set device comprises two permanent magnet traction motors, a wheel set and a bearing box, and the two permanent magnet traction motors are installed at the front end and the rear end of the middle of the frame respectively. The wheel set is detachably connected with an outer rotor of the permanent magnet traction motor, the bearing box is detachably connected to the frame through the bearing sliding block, and the basic braking device is controlled through the air braking system, so that the electric locomotive is decelerated or stopped. The permanent-magnet direct-drive variable-frequency electric locomotive is free of a reduction gearbox gear structure, and the wheels are directly driven by the permanent-magnet synchronous traction motor, so that the whole locomotive is simple in structure, energy consumed in the operation process is reduced, the single-time operation distance is enhanced, the power factor of the locomotive is increased, the efficiency is improved, and the traction capability of the locomotive is enhanced; and the requirement of single-time construction can be met, the production time is saved, and the labor production efficiency is improved.

    一种永磁直驱变频电机车,包括车架、轮对装置、基础制动装置、空气制动系统,轮对装置包括永磁牵引电机、轮对、轴承箱,永磁牵引电机数量为两个,两个永磁牵引电机分别安装在车架的中部前端、中部后端,轮对与永磁牵引电机的外转子采用可拆卸式连接,轴承箱通过轴承滑块可拆地连接在车架上,通过空气制动系统对基础制动装置的控制,使电机车减速或停车。发明永磁直驱变频电机车无减速箱齿轮结构,由永磁同步牵引电机直接驱动车轮,使得机车整车结构简单、在运行过程中损耗的能量减少,增强了单次的运行路程,使得机车功率因数提高、效率提高,加强了机车牵引能力,能够满足单次的施工需要,节约了生产时间,提高劳动生产效率。
