The invention relates to a line inspection method and system and an inspection vehicle. The method comprises the following steps: receiving an inspection instruction; based on the inspection instruction, calling a preset inspection path library; obtaining a current inspection path, wherein the current inspection path is included in the inspection path library; based on the current routing inspection path, the routing inspection vehicle releases the unmanned aerial vehicle according to a pre-generated unmanned aerial vehicle release table, and the unmanned aerial vehicle performs routing inspection according to the current routing inspection path; when the current unmanned aerial vehicle inspects, acquiring an inspection electric quantity value of the current unmanned aerial vehicle; whether the inspection electric quantity value is smaller than a preset electric quantity minimum threshold value or not is judged, and if yes, the inspection vehicle recycles the current unmanned aerial vehicle and wirelessly charges the current unmanned aerial vehicle, and the unmanned aerial vehicle is released again according to the unmanned aerial vehicle release table.
