The invention provides a method for evaluating the smooth state of a rail surface of a steel rail, and relates to the technical field of rail maintenance detection, the evaluation method at least comprises the following steps: collecting original data of rail surface fluctuation of the steel rail by using a corrugation measuring instrument, and dividing the original data into a plurality of wavebands; according to the original data, calculating a rail surface movement peak-peak value mean value, a rail surface movement root-mean-square value and a rail surface smooth movement peak-peak value extreme value of each wave band; according to the mean value of the rail surface movement peak-peak value, the rail surface movement root-mean-square value and the maximum and minimum value of the rail surface smooth movement peak-peak value, the wavelength index of the corresponding wave band is calculated; and calculating a steel rail surface smoothness index according to the wavelength index of each wave band. According to the evaluation method for the smoothness state of the rail surface of the steel rail, scientific maintenance of the steel rail can be guided more accurately and efficiently.

    本发明提供一种钢轨轨面平顺状态的评价方法,涉及钢轨养护维修检测技术领域,该评价方法至少包括:利用波磨测量仪采集钢轨其轨面波动的原始数据,并将原始数据划分为多种波段;根据原始数据计算各波段的轨面移动峰‑峰值均值、轨面移动均方根值和轨面平顺移动峰‑峰值最值;根据轨面移动峰‑峰值均值、轨面移动均方根值和轨面平顺移动峰‑峰值最值计算对应波段的波长指数;根据各波段的波长指数计算钢轨轨面平顺指数。本发明提出的钢轨轨面平顺状态的评价方法,能够更准确、高效的指导钢轨的科学养护维修。
