The invention relates to a smoothening mechanism for a rail flatcar. The smoothening mechanism effectively solves the problem that potential safety hazards are large due to the fact that a power supply cable of the rail flatcar is exposed. According to the technical scheme, the device comprises a ground groove, a cable and a sliding mechanism, the cable is laid in the ground groove, the sliding mechanism is fixed to the bottom of the flatcar, a track shoe is laid on a groove opening of the ground groove, the sliding mechanism comprises two fixing frames which are symmetrical front and back, and a left roller shaft, a middle roller shaft and a right roller shaft are fixed between the two fixing frames; the three sets of roll shafts are arranged in the front-back direction, the left roll shaft and the right roll shaft are equal in height and attached to the upper surface of the track shoe, the middle roll shaft is higher than the left roll shaft and the right roll shaft, the track shoe penetrates through the lower portion of the left roll shaft, then penetrates through the upper portion of the middle roll shaft and finally penetrates through the lower portion of the right roll shaft, and the middle roll shaft lifts the track shoe to form an arched hole. The cable in the ground groove is pulled out from the port of the arch hole to be connected with the flatcar; according to the invention, the cable can be limited in the closed ground groove, so that the concealment of the cable is ensured, and the power supply for the moving flat car is not influenced.

    本发明涉及一种有轨平车利滑机构,有效的解决了有轨平车供电线缆裸露安全隐患大的问题;解决的技术方案包括地槽、线缆和滑动机构,线缆铺设在地槽内,滑动机构固定在平车底部,地槽的槽口上铺设有履带板,滑动机构包括前后对称的两个固定架,两个固定架之间固定有左辊轴、中辊轴、右辊轴三组辊轴,三组辊轴均沿前后方向设置,左辊轴和右辊轴等高且贴于履带板的上表面,中辊轴高于左右两组辊轴,履带板从左辊轴下方穿过,然后从中辊轴上方穿过,最后再从右辊轴下方穿过,中辊轴将履带板挑起一个拱起的洞口,地槽内的线缆从拱洞端口牵出与平车连接;本发明通过既能将线缆限制在封闭的地槽内保证线缆的隐蔽性,又不影响为移动中的平车供电。
