The invention discloses a structure of an auxiliary beam reversing device of an internal climbing type movable arm tower crane and a construction method of the auxiliary beam reversing device. The beam reversing device is composed of two sets of monorail crane I-shaped steel rails, two sets of electric winches, electrical control equipment and the like. The I-shaped steel rail of the monorail crane is fixed on a box beam in a downward hanging mode, and the box beam is fixed on a standard knot outer frame below a tower crane rotation assembly. The electric hoist is composed of a walking mechanism and a hoisting mechanism, the walking mechanism adopts a motor to drive a driving wheel to walk on an I-shaped steel rail, and therefore the electric hoist can reach the position needing to be used. The hoisting mechanism is composed of a traditional winch and used for steel beam reshipment and hoisting operation. And the mechanisms are connected through the gear couplings, so that the problem that the normal work of the mechanism is not influenced due to the fact that the portal frame is compensated through the gear couplings due to manufacturing and mounting errors or use of a formed load can be solved. The wheel shafts of the walking mechanism and the hoisting mechanism are both installed on the angular bearing box, and assembling, disassembling and overhauling are convenient.
本发明公开了一种内爬式动臂塔吊辅助倒梁装置的构成及其施工方法,倒梁装置由2套单轨起重机工字钢轨道、2套电动卷扬机、电气控制设备等组成。单轨起重机工字钢轨道采用下挂形式固定在箱型梁上,箱型梁固定在塔吊回转总成下方标准节外框。电动葫芦由行走机构和起重机构两套系统组成,行走机构采用电机驱动主动轮在工字钢轨道之上行走,从而使电动葫芦到达需使用位置。起重机构采用传统卷扬机构成用于钢梁倒运吊装作业。机构之间采用齿轮联轴器连接,可解决由于制造、安装误差或使用郭成成载荷引起门架,通过齿轮联轴器补偿,不致影响机构的正常工作。行走机构和起重机构的轮轴都安装在角形轴承箱上,便于装拆和检修。
