The invention discloses a reverse beam device of an internal climbing type movable arm tower crane. The reverse beam device is installed on the top of a tower body of the internal climbing type movable arm tower crane. A cargo boom is further arranged on the top of the tower body. The reverse beam device comprises a drawing rod and a pulley assembly. The drawing rod is arranged in the horizontal direction, and the first end of the drawing rod is connected to the top of the tower body. The pulley assembly is installed at the second end of the drawing rod. When the reverse beam device is used, a main hoisting steel wire rope is dragged and erected on the pulley assembly of the reverse beam device; and the horizontal distance between the main hoisting steel wire rope and the tower body can be reduced through the guiding effect of the pulley assembly, so that the hoisting range of the movable arm tower crane is widened, and a hoisting dead zone is reduced accordingly.
