Dangerous phenomena such as dislocation, overturning and collapse of stairs or pedals of the escalator can be timely and visually found, the problem that passengers are harmed when taking the escalator is fundamentally solved from the quality safety of the escalator, the efficiency of solving the danger phenomena of the escalator is improved, an alarm is given through the fault early warning module, the passengers taking the escalator at the moment can be directly notified, and the safety of the escalator is improved. Therefore, passengers can avoid danger in time, and the safety of the passengers when using the escalator is improved.

    本发明公开了一种基于图像二值化的扶梯监控预警方法,具体涉及扶梯安全监测技术领域,S1:通过视频监控装置采集扶梯梯级与踏板的图像数据;S2:通过图像二值化技术对采集的图像数据进行处理并传输至用户后台;S3:通过用户后台数据库的预设数据对扶梯梯级与踏板的位移值进行判断,若所述位移值超出阈值,则通过故障预警模块进行报警。实现及时、直观地发现扶梯梯级或踏板出现错位、翻转、塌陷等危险现象,从扶梯自身质量安全出发,根本上解决乘客乘坐扶梯危害问题,提高解决扶梯危险现象的效率,并通过故障预警模块进行报警,能直接通知当时所乘坐扶梯的乘客,使乘客及时避险,增加乘客使用扶梯时的安全性。
