The invention discloses a braking distance monitoring and early warning method and system for an escalator, and relates to the technical field of escalator control, and the method mainly comprises the following steps: receiving an initial pulse signal reflected by a driving tooth in the escalator braking process under the initial state of the escalator through a sensor; according to the initial pulse signal, the initial stopping distance of the escalator in the initial state is obtained; operation pulse signals reflected by driving teeth in the escalator stopping process in the operation state of the escalator are received through a sensor; the actual braking distance of the escalator in the running state is obtained according to the running pulse signal; and when the difference value between the actual stopping distance and the initial stopping distance exceeds an early warning threshold value, the escalator is controlled to stop, and an alarm is given out. Shutdown control is carried out in time when the braking distance deviates greatly, larger safety accidents are avoided, faults are limited within the processing range, and the maintenance cost is reduced.

    本发明公开了一种用于自动扶梯的制停距离监控预警方法与系统,涉及扶梯控制技术领域,主要包括步骤:通过传感器接收自动扶梯初始状态下,扶梯制停过程中驱动齿反射的初始脉冲信号;根据初始脉冲信号获取自动扶梯初始状态下的初始制停距离;通过传感器接收自动扶梯运行状态下,扶梯制停过程中驱动齿反射的运行脉冲信号;根据运行脉冲信号获取自动扶梯运行状态下的实际制停距离;当实际制停距离与初始制停距离的差值超过预警阈值时控制自动扶梯停机并发出警报。本发明在制停距离发生较大偏差时及时进行停机控制,避免更大安全事故的发生,将故障限制在可处理范围内,降低维保成本。
