The invention relates to a semi-active hydraulic suspension control method and system based on dSPACE, and the control method specifically comprises the steps that the current state of a vehicle is judged, and the state is a parking state or a driving state; in the parking state, if the engine rotating speed is zero or larger than or equal to a first rotating speed threshold value, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be powered off; if the rotating speed of the engine is not zero and smaller than the first rotating speed threshold value, the electromagnetic valve is controlled to be powered on; and in the driving state, the electromagnetic valve is opened or closed according to the vehicle speed and the engine rotating speed. The damping characteristic of the semi-active hydraulic suspension of the automobile is changed by detecting the automobile speed signal and the engine rotating speed signal, the vibration isolation effect of the suspension system is improved, and energy transmitted to an automobile frame or an automobile body by a power assembly under different working conditions is reduced.

    本发明涉及一种基于dSPACE的半主动液压悬置控制方法及系统,所述控制方法具体为:判断车辆的当前状态,所述状态为停车状态或者行驶状态;为停车状态时,若发动机转速为0或者发动机转速大于等于第一转速阈值,控制电磁阀断电;若发动机转速不为0,且小于第一转速阈值,控制电磁阀通电;为行驶状态时,则根据车速和发动机转速,开启或者断开电磁阀。本发明通过检测车速信号、发动机转速信号来对汽车自身半主动液压悬置的阻尼特性进行改变,提高悬置系统的隔振效果,减小动力总成在不同工况下向车架或车身传递的能量。
