The invention discloses an all-steel-wire radial tire adopting a novel four-belted-layer structure, which comprises a tire body cord layer and a belted-layer component arranged above the tire body cord layer, a tire surface component is arranged above the belted-layer component, the direction of a single cord thread in the tire body cord layer is the axial direction of the tire, and the direction of the single cord thread in the tire body cord layer is the axial direction of the tire. The belted layer component comprises a first belted layer, a second belted layer, a third belted layer and a fourth belted layer; according to the all-steel-wire radial tire adopting the novel four-belted-layer structure disclosed by the invention, by changing the angles of the cords in the first belted layer, the second belted layer, the third belted layer and the fourth belted layer and the difference level between every two adjacent belted layers, the stress concentration of the tire shoulder part can be reduced, the heat generation of the shoulder part can be reduced, and the tire fatigue can be reduced. The durability of the tire can be effectively improved, the rolling resistance is also reduced to a certain extent, and meanwhile, the weight of the tire is also reduced.
本发明公开了一种采用新型四层带束层结构的全钢丝子午线轮胎,包括胎体帘线层以及设置在胎体帘线层上方的带束层构件,带束层构件上方设置胎面部件,所述胎体帘线层中单根帘线方向为轮胎的轴向,所述带束层构件包括第一带束层、第二带束层、第三带束层和第四带束层;本发明公开的一种采用新型四层带束层结构的全钢丝子午线轮胎,通过改变第一带束层、第二带束层、第三带束层、第四带束层中帘线的角度,以及相邻两层带束层之间的差级,可以降低胎肩部位应力集中,降低肩部生热,可有效的提升轮胎耐久性能,滚动阻力也有一定程度的下降,同时轮胎重量也得到降低。
