The invention relates to the technical field of all-steel radial tires, and discloses a novel all-steel radial tire with a belted layer structure, which comprises a tire body, a tire crown, two tire shoulders, two tire sidewalls and belted layers, and the belted layers comprise a first belted layer, a second belted layer, a third belted layer and a fourth belted layer which are arranged in the middle of the tire crown. The zero-degree belted layers are symmetrically arranged on the tire shoulders; the first belted layer, the second belted layer, the third belted layer and the fourth belted layer are sequentially attached and connected in the middle of the tire crown in the radial direction from the tire body to the tire crown; and the zero-degree belted layers are circumferentially arranged at the two axial ends of the third belted layer. The tire provided by the invention is suitable for tires under medium and long-distance use conditions, the deformation of the tire crown can be effectively controlled, the grounding pressure distribution is more uniform, the abnormal wear is reduced, the damage of the tire in the early stage of use is avoided, and meanwhile, the belt ply structure can enhance the strength and durability of the tire crown, so that the load capacity and impact resistance of the tire are improved.
本发明涉及全钢子午线轮胎技术领域,公开了一种新型带束层结构的全钢子午线轮胎,包括胎体,胎冠,两个胎肩,两个胎侧,带束层,带束层包括设置于胎冠中部的第一带束层、第二带束层、第三带束层和第四带束层,以及对称设置于胎肩的零度带束层;第一带束层、第二带束层、第三带束层和第四带束层在胎冠中部沿径向由胎体向胎冠方向依次贴合连接;零度带束层周向设置于第三带束层的轴向两端。本发明的轮胎适合于中长途使用条件下的轮胎,可以有效控制胎冠变形,接地压力分布更均匀,减少异常磨损,避免轮胎在使用早期发生破坏,同时带束层结构可以增强胎冠的强度和耐久性能,从而提升轮胎的负荷能力和抗冲击性能。
