The embodiment of the invention discloses a combined hoisting type ore transportation system and an ore transportation method.The combined hoisting type ore transportation system comprises a plurality of hoisting devices, a skip bucket and a steel rope winding plant, in the using process, the skip bucket is arranged in an ore mining area, such as an open pit of an open mine, and the steel rope winding plant is arranged on the skip bucket; and then the skip bucket is filled with the ore, the steel cable is tightened or loosened through the steel cable winding device, the effective length of the steel cable is adjusted, and then the skip bucket loaded with the ore is transported under the resultant force action of the steel cables of the multiple hoisting devices. By means of the transportation mode, flexible lifting and transportation of large-range ore can be achieved, cost is reduced, flexibility in the transportation process is improved, high transportation system construction cost in the later period is avoided, long-term use of mining operation equipment can be kept, the comprehensive construction cost is low, the equipment depreciation can be greatly reduced compared with a truck transportation system, and the transportation efficiency is improved. The method has extremely high economic benefits, and carbon emission and dust pollution in the transportation process can be reduced.

    本申请实施例公开了一种联合起吊式矿石运输系统和矿石运输方法,联合起吊式矿石运输系统包括了多个起吊装置、箕斗和钢索卷扬装置,在使用过程中,将箕斗设置在矿石开采区域,如设置在露天矿山的露天坑内,而后将矿石填装在箕斗内,通过钢索卷扬装置收紧或放松钢索,调整钢索的有效长度,进而在多个起吊装置的钢索的合力作用下对装载有矿石的箕斗进行运输。该运输方式可以实现大范围矿石的灵活提升运输,降低了成本并提高了运输过程中的灵活性,这避免了后期高昂的运输系统建设成本,可保持采矿作业设备的长期使用,使得综合建设成本低,设备折旧相较于卡车运输系统也会大幅降低,有着极高的经济效益,并且可减少碳排放与运输过程中的粉尘污染。
