The invention relates to the technical field of winding equipment, and discloses a large hoisting transportation driving winch which is characterized in that an extension shaft is fixedly mounted at one end of a brake disc, and a binding rotating shaft is connected with a power system, so that the power system drives a synchronizing device to synchronously rotate through the transmission effect of a transmission belt when driving a binding device; the synchronous device can drive the driven gear to rotate synchronously in the rotating process, then the right-hand threaded pipe and the left-hand threaded pipe are driven to rotate synchronously, and due to the fact that the right-hand threaded pipe is provided with threads, the traction rope can move in the screwing direction of the threads; therefore, the traction rope can be wound on the surface of the bundling sleeve layer by layer under the guiding action of the right-hand thread pipe in the traction rope bundling process of the bundling sleeve, so that the traction rope can be stacked in order; and the problem of excessive abrasion caused by uneven stress on the surface of the pulling rope due to mutual extrusion and winding caused by lack of guidance when the pulling rope is collected by the collecting sleeve is avoided, and the service life of the device is prolonged.

    本发明涉及卷扬设备技术领域,且公开了一种大型起重运输驱动卷扬机,通过刹车盘的一端固定安装有延长轴,收束转轴与动力系统连接,使得动力系统在带动收束装置进行时会通过传动皮带的传动效果驱动同步装置同步进行转动,同步装置在转动的过程中会带动从动齿轮同步进行转动,进而带动正螺纹管和反螺纹管同步进行转动,由于正螺纹管开设螺纹,使得牵引绳会沿着螺纹的旋紧方向移动,从而保证收束套筒在收起牵引绳过程中牵引绳能够在正螺纹管的导向作用下逐层缠绕在收束套筒的表面,使得牵引绳能够较为整齐的堆叠起来,避免出现收束套筒在收起牵引绳由于缺少引导导致相互挤压缠绕造成牵引绳表面受力不均造成过度磨损的问题,提高了该装置的使用寿命。
