The invention discloses a propeller vibration icing monitoring system and monitoring method under a simulated atmospheric environment, and the system comprises an icing wind tunnel, an experiment section, a high-speed camera, a motor housing, a propeller, an angle adjustment mechanism, a vibration meter, a vibration table, a rotating speed adjustment device, an environment monitoring system, and a humidity adjustment device. The rotating speed adjusting device is electrically connected with a motor mounted in the motor shell, the experimental section adopts a transparent shell design, and the high-speed cameras are arranged above and on two sides of the experimental section; the motor shell is installed on the angle adjusting mechanism, the propeller is installed at the head of an output shaft of the motor, and the propeller is arranged in the experiment section; the environment monitoring system is located in the icing wind tunnel; the angle adjusting mechanism is arranged on the vibration table and is used for changing the spatial position of the propeller in the experiment section; the vibration meter is connected with the motor shell; and the humidity adjusting device is used for maintaining the humidity of the experimental section area within a required range. According to the invention, the icing condition of the propeller in different experimental environments and different working states of the whole machine can be explored.

    一种模拟大气环境下螺旋桨震动结冰监测系统及监测方法,其中监测系统包括结冰风洞、实验段、高速相机、电机壳、螺旋桨、角度调节机构、测振仪、振动台、转速调节装置、环境监测系统及湿度调节装置,转速调节装置与电机壳内安装的电机电性连接,实验段采用透明外壳设计,高速相机设于实验段的上方及两侧;电机壳安装于角度调节机构上,螺旋桨安装于电机的输出轴头部,螺旋桨置于实验段内;环境监测系统处于结冰风洞内;角度调节机构设置在振动台上,角度调节机构用于改变螺旋桨在实验段内的空间位置;测振仪与电机壳连接;湿度调节装置用于将实验段区域的湿度维持在所需范围之内。本发明能探究不同实验环境、整机不同工作状态下螺旋桨的结冰情况。
