The invention relates to the technical field of electric vehicles, in particular to an electric vehicle battery management system and an electric vehicle. The electric vehicle battery management system comprises a master control unit, a high-voltage unit, a high-voltage electrical box, a high-voltage battery pack and at least one slave control unit, the high-voltage battery pack is used for providing a high-voltage power supply for the electric vehicle through the high-voltage electrical box; the high-voltage unit is used for acquiring total power supply information in the high-voltage electrical box and transmitting the total power supply information to the main control unit; each slave control unit is used for acquiring single cell information of the corresponding battery module and transmitting the single cell information to the master control unit; and the main control unit is used for controlling the output of the high-voltage power supply through the high-voltage electrical box based on the total power supply information and the single cell information. The system is used for overcoming the defects that high-voltage electric signals and low-voltage electric signals are mixed on equipment for realizing battery management of an electric vehicle in the prior art, potential safety hazards exist, and upgrading is not facilitated.

    本发明涉及电动汽车技术领域,尤其涉及一种电动汽车电池管理系统及电动汽车。电动汽车电池管理系统包括主控单元、高压单元、高压电气盒、高压电池包和至少一个从控单元;高压电池包,用于通过高压电气盒为电动汽车提供高压电源;高压单元,用于获取高压电气盒内的总电源信息,并将总电源信息传输给主控单元;每一个从控单元,用于获取对应的电池模组的单体电芯信息,并将单体电芯信息传输给主控单元;主控单元,用于基于总电源信息和单体电芯信息,通过高压电气盒对高压电源的输出进行控制。该系统用以解决现有技术中电动汽车实现电池管理的设备上,高压电信号和低压电信号混杂,存在安全隐患,且不利于更新换代的缺陷。
