The invention provides an electric locomotive ramp auxiliary starting method based on an active-disturbance-rejection control technology. The method comprises the steps that whether an electric locomotive is in a ramp parking state or not is judged; after the electric locomotive enters the ramp parking state, judging whether the electric locomotive enters a ramp sliding state or not; and after the electric locomotive enters a ramp sliding state, an active-disturbance-rejection control method based on a rotating speed given error is adopted, and the ramp parking function of the electric locomotive is achieved through a zero-speed closed loop. Ramp starting sliding is prevented through a zero-speed closed loop, heavy-load ramp starting operation is more convenient and easier, the system automatically recognizes the ramp sliding working condition, electric braking force is applied through the traction motor, ramp parking and ramp starting auxiliary functions are achieved, driver operation is simplified, and a traction transmission system is safer and more reliable. According to the technical scheme, the problem of starting failure caused by ramp sliding, adhesion misjudgment and traction motor overcurrent of the high-power alternating-current transmission electric locomotive under the heavy-load ramp starting working condition in the prior art is solved.

    本发明提供一种基于自抗扰控制技术的电力机车坡道辅助起动方法,包括:判断电力机车是否为坡道停车状态;电力机车进入坡道停车状态后,判断电力机车是否进入坡道溜车状态;电力机车进入坡道溜车状态后,采用基于转速给定误差的自抗扰控制方法,通过零速闭环实现电力机车坡道停车功能。本发明通过零速速度闭环防止坡道起动溜车,使重载坡起操作更加方便容易,系统自动识别坡道溜车工况,通过牵引电机施加电制动力,实现坡道停车和坡起辅助功能,简化司机操作,使牵引传动系统更加安全可靠。本发明的技术方案解决了现有技术中的针对大功率交流传动电力机车在重载坡道起动工况下存在的坡道溜车、粘着误判和牵引电机过流导致的起动失败问题。
