The invention relates to a battery automobile thermal management system and a control method thereof and a vehicle, and the battery automobile thermal management system comprises an electric drive axle thermal management loop, a fuel cell engine cooling unit, a first branch, a first valve arranged on the first branch, a heat exchanger, a gearbox oil temperature sensor and a cooling liquid temperature sensor, a gearbox is arranged on the electric drive bridge thermal management loop, the fuel cell engine cooling unit is provided with a cooling liquid inlet and a cooling liquid outlet, an inlet of the first branch is connected with the cooling liquid outlet, an outlet of the first branch is connected with the cooling liquid inlet, and the heat exchanger is connected into the electric drive bridge thermal management loop and the first branch. The gearbox oil temperature sensor is arranged in the gearbox, and the cooling liquid temperature sensor is arranged at a cooling liquid outlet. According to the thermal management system of the battery automobile, the heat exchanger is arranged, so that the oil liquid of the gearbox is heated by utilizing the heat of the cooling liquid of the fuel cell engine cooling unit, and the energy consumption when the oil liquid of the gearbox is heated is reduced.
