The invention relates to a battery pack thermal management system, a control method thereof and a vehicle. The system comprises a battery pack, a heat exchange plate and a heat management control module, wherein a battery unit immersed in a heat exchange medium is arranged in the battery pack; the heat exchange plate is attached to the outer wall of a box body of the battery pack; the heat management control module is used for controlling a refrigerant and an anti-freezing solution to be input into the heat exchange plate; according to the battery pack thermal management system, the temperature of the battery unit is compared with a first temperature threshold value and a second temperature threshold value; when the temperature is higher than the first temperature threshold value, a cooling working signal is sent to the heat management control module, and a refrigerant is input into the heat exchange plate; and when the temperature is lower than the second temperature threshold value, a heating working signal is sent to the heat management control module, and anti-freezing liquid is input into the heat exchange plate. By adopting the system, the temperature of the battery unit can be uniformly distributed and maintained in a normal working temperature range, the service life of the battery unit is prolonged, and the working safety of the battery unit is improved.

    本申请涉及一种电池包热管理系统及其控制方法、车辆。所述系统包括:内部设置有浸没于换热介质的电池单元的电池包,贴合设置于电池包箱体外壁的换热板以及控制向换热板输入制冷剂、防冻液的热管理控制模块;该电池包热管理系统通过将电池单元温度与第一温度阈值及第二温度阈值比较,当温度高于第一温度阈值时,向热管理控制模块发送降温工作信号,向换热板输入制冷剂,当温度低于第二温度阈值时,向热管理控制模块发送升温工作信号,向换热板输入防冻液。采用本系统能够使电池单元温度分布均匀,维持在正常的工作温度范围内,延长电池单元的使用寿命,提高电池单元工作时的安全性。
