The invention provides a highway-side public parking space automatic charging management system, which belongs to the technical field of parking space management, and comprises a parking space roadside track, a vehicle access ultrasonic sensing device, a license plate recognition blocking device and a control display device, and the parking space roadside track is arranged on the side edge of a roadside parking space. The license plate recognition card blocking device is arranged, so that license plate recognition can be achieved, parking information can be obtained, meanwhile, whether a vehicle exceeds free time or not is detected through the vehicle entering and exiting ultrasonic sensing device, if not, the system does not work, necessary action energy consumption is saved, and the service life of the system is prolonged. Then, the license plate recognition blocking device can be used for preventing people from driving away the vehicle without payment, an ultrasonic array on the control display device is used for recognizing a model of the vehicle, so that the system obtains the chassis height, the length and the like of the parked vehicle, and scraping and collision when the vehicle is blocked are avoided; according to the system, automatic charging management of roadside public parking spaces is realized, and human resources are saved.

    本发明提供一种公路边公共停车位自动收费管理系统,属于车位管理技术领域,包括停车位路边轨道、车辆进出超声波感应装置、车牌识别卡拦装置和控制显示装置,停车位路边轨道设置在路边停车位的侧边上。本发明设置车牌识别卡拦装置可以实现对车牌的识别,实现对停车的信息进行获取,同时通过车辆进出超声波感应装置检测车辆是否已经超过免费的时间,如果没超过时,系统不工作,节省必要的动作能耗,然后使用车牌识别卡拦装置可以避免有人不付款将车开走,使用控制显示装置上的超声波阵列进行对车辆的模型进行识别,使得系统获得所停车辆的底盘高度和车辆的长度等,避免卡拦车时出现刮碰,本系统实现了路边公共车位的自动收费管理,节省人力资源。
