The invention relates to a brake creeping flutter noise evaluation method for a disc brake. The method comprises the following steps: 1) acquiring an original acceleration signal at a brake caliper through a one-way accelerometer; 2) extracting corresponding eight physical characteristics when brake peristaltic flutter occurs; 3) preprocessing the original acceleration signal, and extracting three corresponding time domain features; 4) constructing one-dimensional vector features including all physical features and time domain features, and standardizing the one-dimensional vector features; and 5) analyzing and evaluating the constructed features by using the trained machine learning classification model to obtain a score of the braking creep flutter noise. Compared with the prior art, the method has the advantages that the accuracy of brake creep flutter noise evaluation of the brake is improved, a large amount of manpower and time cost is saved, and the development cycle and capital investment are shortened.

    本发明涉及一种盘式制动器制动蠕动颤振噪声评估方法,所述的方法包括以下步骤:1)通过单向加速度计获取制动卡钳处原始加速度信号;2)提取发生制动蠕动颤振时相应的八种物理特征;3)对原始加速度信号进行预处理,提取相应的三种时域特征;4)构建包括所有物理特征和时域特征的一维向量特征,并进行标准化;5)使用训练好的机器学习分类模型对构建的特征进行分析评估得到制动蠕动颤振噪声的评分。与现有技术相比,本发明具有提高制动器制动蠕动颤振噪声评估的准确性、节省大量的人力和时间成本、缩短开发周期和资金投入等优点。
