The invention relates to the technical field of traction machines, in particular to a traction machine which comprises a transmission mechanism, a traction wheel and a brake wheel, the transmission mechanism is arranged in the radial range of the brake wheel and comprises an input shaft, an output shaft and a transmission module, and the output shaft is connected with the traction wheel; the transmission module comprises an input gear arranged on the input shaft; the output gear is arranged on the output shaft; the reduction gear set comprises a first-stage gear, a transmission shaft and a second-stage gear, the first-stage gear and the second-stage gear are both arranged on the transmission shaft and synchronously rotate with the transmission shaft, and the first-stage gear is in external meshing transmission with the input gear; the secondary gear is in external meshing transmission with the output gear, and the input shaft and the output shaft are arranged on the same side of the transmission shaft. The two-stage gear transmission structure is adopted, the transmission efficiency is improved, the reduction gear set is arranged on the same side of the input shaft and the output shaft, the space in the radial direction of the brake wheel is effectively shortened, and the high-speed and small-sized improvement of the traction machine is achieved.

    本申请涉及曳引机技术领域,特别涉及一种曳引机,该曳引机包括传动机构、曳引轮和制动轮,传动机构设置在制动轮的径向范围内,传动机构包括输入轴、输出轴和传动模组,输出轴与曳引轮连接;传动模组包括:输入齿轮,设于输入轴上;输出齿轮,设于输出轴上;减速齿轮组,设有一组,包括:一级齿轮、传动轴和二级齿轮,一级齿轮和二级齿轮均设置在传动轴上并与传动轴同步转动,一级齿轮与输入齿轮外啮合传动;二级齿轮与输出齿轮外啮合传动,输入轴和输出轴设于传动轴的同侧。本申请采用两级齿轮传动的结构,提高传动的效率,且使减速齿轮组布置在输入轴和输出轴的同一侧,有效缩短了沿制动轮径向的空间,实现曳引机高速化、小型化的改进。
