The invention discloses a traction machine encoder mounting structure. The traction machine encoder mounting structure comprises a bracket assembly and a connecting disc, wherein the bracket assembly is used for fixedly mounting an encoder; the connecting disc is fixed to a traction wheel; the bracket assembly comprises a first baffle, a second baffle and a front baffle; the first baffle and the second baffle are located on the two sides of the traction wheel; one side of the first baffle and one side of the second baffle are fixed to a machine base of the traction machine; the other side of the first baffle and the other side of the second baffle are fixed to the two ends of the front baffle; the shaft end of the encoder faces the traction wheel; a connecting column is arranged on the connecting disc; and the shaft end of the encoder is inserted into the connecting column. According to the traction machine encoder mounting structure, the encoder is mounted on one side of the traction wheel, the shaft end of the encoder faces the traction wheel, a mounting disc is arranged on the traction wheel, and the shaft end of the encoder is connected with the mounting disc, so that the space of a main shaft is not occupied, and the overall strength of the traction machine cannot be reduced.

    本发明公开了一种曳引机编码器安装结构,包括用于固定安装编码器的支架组件和固定在曳引轮上的连接盘,支架组件包括第一挡板、第二挡板和前挡板,所述第一挡板和第二挡板位于所述曳引轮的两侧,所述第一挡板和第二挡板的一侧固定在曳引机的机座上,所述第一挡板和第二挡板的另一侧与所述前挡板的两端固定,所述编码器的轴端朝向所述曳引轮;所述连接盘上设置有连接柱,所述编码器的轴端插入在所述连接柱内。本发明的曳引机编码器安装结构,通过将编码器安装在曳引轮的一侧且编码器的轴端朝向曳引轮,曳引轮上设置安装盘,编码器的轴端与安装盘连接,不占用主轴的空间,不会降低曳引机的整体强度。
