The invention discloses a self-adaptive torque control method for a power-assisted electric bicycle, which comprises the following steps of: 1) analyzing the current posture of the power-assisted electric bicycle by a gyroscope so as to obtain the posture angle of the power-assisted electric bicycle; (2) the pedaling frequency speed of the power-assisted electric bicycle and the instantaneous change amount of the pedaling frequency speed are obtained through a speed sensor; 3) calculating a torque value F required to be output by the synchronous variable frequency motor by a self-adaptive motor torque calculation module, wherein F = sin (vehicle attitude angle) * vehicle weight * 9.8 N/kg + pedaling frequency speed * speed friction coefficient + instantaneous variation of pedaling frequency speed * pedaling frequency variable coefficient; and 4) controlling the torque of the synchronous variable frequency motor, namely multiplying the output force of the synchronous variable frequency motor by the radius of the synchronous variable frequency motor, by the current Id and Iq of the synchronous variable frequency motor. The control method for the self-adaptive torque of the power-assisted electric bicycle can be widely applied to various power-assisted electric bicycles.
本发明公开了一种助力电动自行车自适应力矩的控制方法,其步骤包括:1)由陀螺仪解析出助力电动自行车的当前车辆姿态,从而得出所述助力电动自行车的车辆姿态角度;2)由速度传感器得出助力电动自行车的踏频速度、以及踏频速度的瞬时改变量;3)由自适应电机力矩计算模块计算出需要让同步变频电机输出的力矩值F,F=sin(车辆姿态角度)×车重×9.8N/kg+踏频速度×速度摩擦系数+踏频速度的瞬时改变量×踏频变量系数;4)由同步变频电机的电流Id和Iq进行对同步变频电机扭矩也就是同步变频电机的输出力乘上同步变频电机的半径的控制。本发明所述的助力电动自行车自适应力矩的控制方法可广泛地应用于各种助力电动自行车。
